We are pleased to announce that there was a high-level of interest in theatre rental for the upcoming season. Dates are extremely limited for the September 2022 - June 2023 season.
We will announce a new process for accepting requests for the September 2023 – June 2024 season this fall. Requests are not being accepted at this time.

Community Rental Information and Resources
The Poway Center for the Performing Arts is owned and operated by the City of Poway as a Division of the Community Services Department. We are here to provide exceptional services and to ensure your event runs smoothly and successfully.
If your rental of the theatre for September 2022-June 2023 has been confirmed via email, you must complete and submit the following forms to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Failure to meet our requirements and deadlines, may result in release of your dates.
- We require advance information and a deposit to issue you a facility use agreement.
Due one-hundred twenty (120) days before your event: PCPA Rental - Advance Information
- Once we have issued a facility use agreement and collected the deposit, we require additional information for our technical and front of house teams.
Due sixty (60) days before your event: PCPA Rental - Tech and Front of House Information
- Pre-show meetings are required and will be scheduled by our team approximately four (4) weeks before your event.
